To clarify, I mean this strip not to be derisive towards customer service associates, but towards the absurdity of the questions they receive and complaints directed towards them.
A similar strip could be made from just about any support related position. It basically boils down to the fact that the people making the problems initially are not the people who are going to be fixing the problems. And further complicating matters, the people who are talking with the people who HAVE problems are neither the people who made the problems nor the people who are going to fix the problems.
After you've worn your shorts a couple times so that the waist is stretched out just right, this is the worst phrase you can hear at the end of a long work day.
This has happened to me more than once, though it's usually my own fault for not looking at the pile of laundry to be done before tossing it into the machine.
